Phillip Kingston is a technology entrepreneur and investor. He founded KDIS (2008) which acquired Lifeblood (2012) and Dragon Star (2015), Trimantium Capital (2010), Henley Club (2012) and co-founded Good Super (2013) which acquired Max Super (2015). Phil is a Director of The New Palm Court Orchestra and StartSomeGood.com. He was a Director of the Centre for Sustainability Leadership from 2007-2014. He is the Founder and Chairman of the International Technology Fund which addresses the effectiveness and efficiency of technology within international non-government organisations such as the United Nations. He is the Founder and President of the B-Corp Certified Henley Club in Melbourne, Victoria.
Phil has a Bachelor of Science (University of Melbourne), Bachelor of Commerce (University of Melbourne), Graduate Certificate Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation (University of Adelaide), Certificate in Company Directorship (AICD) and a Graduate Certificate in Psychoanalytic Studies (Deakin University).
He was named as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum (2013) and received the Australian Davos Connection’s Australian Leadership Award (2011). He is also the recipient of academic scholarships from the University of Adelaide and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is the author of The War for Eyeballs – An Introduction to Internet Marketing.
Phil is 29 years old and lives in Melbourne, Victoria in Australia. He is an experienced rock climber, mountaineer and endurance event participant. He is a long-time supporter and volunteer of many sustainability, environment and social justice oriented NGOs and IGOs. He has worked as a consultant to the United Nations and attended many high level forums such as the World Investment Forum in Doha, Qatar as well as Geneva, Switzerland and the Rio+20 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Lloyd has broad international corporate experience in senior finance roles in ASX listed entities and as a regional leader of listed US multinationals and a Chinese SOE. He has extensive experience in businesses operating in Australia, North America, Europe, Asia and India with diverse national and global trading relationships. A Chartered Accountant, Lloyd previously held positions with the Australian Taxation Office; Deloitte, Adelaide; Southcorp Ltd, Melbourne and London; Austrim Nylex Ltd, Gale Pacific Ltd and Nexteer Automotive Systems, Australia, Shanghai and Detroit, including roles as CFO and CEO Asia (2007-2012) and as Senior VP Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions (2011-2013).
He specialises in financial management, leadership, business performance enhancement, internal controls and reporting. He has diversified his finance experience with senior roles in product development, operations and procurement strategy.
A graduate member of the AICD, Lloyd has previously served as Director of 2 joint venture operations in China (2009-2012), Executive Member of the Board for Gale Pacific Ltd (2005) and as Chairman, Director and Company Secretary of multiple operating subsidiaries for Southcorp Ltd (1998-2002) and Nexteer Automotive Systems Ltd (2006-2013) across Asia, India, Oceania and Europe.
Lloyd is also a Director and Co-Founder of Roads Less Travelled Business Consulting Group Pty Ltd, Director and Co-Owner of Melbourne Milling Company Pty Ltd.

Angus has a strong blend of strategic, operational and commercial skills gained through more than 20 years across multiple industry sectors. He has worked in the roles of director, owner, general manager and advisor for private and public companies. This depth of experience and an ability to work with functional / technical experts is the basis of Angus’s ability to deliver results by translating strategic intent into business outcomes.
Angus has a Masters of Strategic Management from MGSM.
Angus joined Trimantium Capital in late 2012 to lead the operational governance of our investments and the integration of acquired businesses.
